How does the process work?
Place your non-refundable $100 deposit on our website to get started.
You will receive a confirmation email of your deposit, as well as follow up email with your scheduled butcher date (second email will arrive within 1-2 days)
Shortly after the designated butcher date you will get a call from the butcher shop (The Local Butcher Athens, OH) where someone will walk you through your choices of steak thickness, roast sizes, packaging style, and any other details you wish to customize. Your order typically includes a variety of: sirloin steaks, T-bones, porterhouses, ribeyes, roasts, ground beef, soup bones, cubed steaks, and more.
Once your beef is processed, you will be notified that its ready for pick up! All orders must be paid in full before you can pick up your meat.
